Refunds & Cancellations




All purchases are non-refundable. If you are needing to submit a cancellation request please do so by emailing us at thehoneyboardz@gmail.com. All cancellation requests that are received at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a store credit that can be used at a later date. Orders that are cancelled less than 24 hours of the time/date will not be eligible for a store credit or rescheduling for a later date.





Deliveries



Please provide clear and accurate instructions for the delivery of your Honey Boardz. 


 *Please note that our delivery window is fifteen minutes before and fifteen minutes after the requested time.*


An adult must be present to accept the delivery since our Boardz will need to be refrigerated if you do not plan to serve it immediately.


If a change in the delivery schedule is needed, we will reach out to you to confirm that an 

adult is available. We will be unable to leave the delivery at the door due to quality assurance if no one is available to accept the order. If a change is needed due to your schedule, please contact us asap and we will do our best to accommodate.

If my guests have a dietary restriction or happens to be allergic to something would you be able to accommodate?


Definitely! We can customize your order so that every single one of your guests will be able to enjoy it.


What is your turnaround time on your boardz, grazing tables, and individual items?


Boardz and Individual Items require at least a 48 hour notice. Grazing tables require at minimum 1 week before the event

 in order to ensure that it is 100% tailored to your needs.


How much are your grazing tables?


Grazing tables are specifically customized for each event. Please fill out our inquiry form in order to receive a personalized invoice for your specific event.


*Please note that any orders placed after 5pm est will be processed the following day.*


How does delivery work?


The Honey Boardz offers free delivery within a 15 mile radius of 28025. If customers are outside of that radius the delivery order must be a minimum of $35.



Do you require a deposit when placing an order?


Yes, grazing tables along with any individual orders will require a 50% deposit within 24 hours of receiving an invoice.


If a board is being purchased, full payment will be due at the time that an invoice is received.



What payment methods are accepted?


Venmo is accepted for deposits and board payments. Remaining balances on orders that require a deposit can be paid via Venmo or Cash. If you prefer Apple Pay or Zelle, the information will be sent over with the invoice.
